Draft notice — the platform operator must add their legal identity, contact, retention periods and applicable jurisdiction before public launch.

Staff accounts

Account email, profile information and company membership are stored to manage your workspace. Company content is isolated by access policies.

Passengers and location

Passengers do not need an account. A pseudonymous device identifier records pass activation; reopening or replaying does not create a new activation for the same pass and identifier. Location is processed on your device for stop triggering, not saved as continuous location history.

Audio and access

Recordings are privately stored and shared using temporary authorized links. Downloaded recordings cannot be guaranteed copy-proof or remotely erased.

Your choices

You may deny location access and select stops manually. Contact your tour provider for access questions. Company export and deletion requests must currently be handled by the operator; a self-service workflow is not yet available.
